EVENT 1_RIDE:

40' to complete as many laps as possible of a closed circuit on a mountain bike.

EVENT 2_PIG CHIPPER:

For time:

  • 10 Pig Flips
  • 25 C2B
  • 50 T2B
  • 100 wall ball shots
  • 50 T2B
  • 25 C2B
  • 10 Pig Flips

Time cap: 18´

EVENT 3_INVERTED MEDLEY

For time:

  • 30 – foot (9m) handstand walk on the ramp
  • 8 free pine push-ups
  • Unbroken: overcoming obstacles by starting with a 360º pine-turn.
  • 16 pull overs
  • Unbroken: overcoming obstacles by starting with a 360º pine-turn.
  • 8 free pine push-ups
  • 30 – foot (9m) handstand walk on the ramp

Time cap: 7´

EVENT 4_THE ALPACA REDUX

For time:

  • 126 – foot (38,4m) sled push, starting with the 6 kettlebells.

3 rounds for time:

  • 2 legless rope climbs
  • 12 kettlebell clean and jerks
  • 42 – foot (12,8m) sled push, starting with the 2 kettlebells.
  • Add 2 kettlebells after every round

Time cap: 18´

EVENT 5_ SKI BAG

For time:

  • 30 cal. SkiErg
  • 30 sandbag squats
  • 20 cal. SkiErg
  • 20 sandbag squats-

Time cap: 6´

EVENT 6_HELENA

3 rounds for time:

  • 400m run
  • 12 bar muscle up
  • 21 dumbbell snatches (35/50 Ib 16/22,5kg)

Time cap: 11´

EVENT 7_CROSS COUNTRY 5K

For time:

  • 5km run

Time cap: 30´

EVENT 8_INTERVALS

2 intervals for total time:

  • 21 box jump overs (20/24 inches)
  • 15 cal. Row
  • 9 burpee box jump overs (36/48 inches)
  • 21 box jump overs (20/24 inches)

Rest until 6 minuts, after that:

  • 9 burpee box jump overs (36/48 inches)
  • 15 cal. Row
  • 21 box jump overs (20/24 inches)
  • 9 burpee box jump overs (36/48 inches)
  • 15 cal. Row
  • 21 box jump overs (20/24 inches)

EVENT 9_OLYMPIC TOTAL

By weight load:

  • 1 rep. Max snatch
  • 1 rep. Max clean and jerk

Athletes will have two attempts at each lift.

Time cap: 20” for lifting.

EVENT 10_ MUSCLE UPS LOGS

5 rounds per time of:

  • 7 muscle ups
  • 1 sandbag over 3 logs

Time cap: 13´(Round 1-4 = (45,3/68kg), Round 5 = (61,2/90,7Kg)

EVENT 11_ PARALLEL BAR PULL

8 rounds per time of:

  • Down and back P – bar traverse
  • 30 heavy rope double unders
  • 1 section hand over hand sled pull (290/345 lb; 131,5/156,4kg)

Time cap: 15´

EVENT 12_ECHO THRUSTER FINAL

For time, do 21 – 18 – 15 reps de:

  • Echo bike calories.
  • Thrusters (85/115 lb; 38,5/52kg) (95/135 lb; 43/61kg) (105/155lb; 47,6/60kg)

so, 66 – foot (20m) overhead walking lunge (105/155 lb)
