Instructions for use:

1. Heat the stencils in the microwave at 500W - 600W.

Place the Biontech Superlight stencils with the letters facing up and parallel in your microwave at a power of 500W for 40 seconds, or 600W for 30 seconds.

Microwave on medium power for 40 seconds.

Attention: it is very important that you pay close attention to the positioning of the inserts in the microwave and do not exceed the set limits. There is a risk of overheating.

2. Adapt the templates.

Allow the insoles to cool for 2 minutes as a precaution. Insert them into the shoe and put on the shoes. It is important to stand and apply pressure on the inserts for about 2 minutes.

It is recommended to wear the shoes for at least 1 hour, as the insoles gradually cool down and mold better to the footprint of the foot.
