That's why we've created this Cross Training dictionary, a resource that will make your workouts in the box easier and you'll always understand everything, so be sure to train and push yourself to your limit!

Dictionary of Cross Training. Basic terms

In this first part of the Cross Training dictionary we have focused on basic terms. You will see these terms most of the time and it is important that you understand them and know what they mean in order to be able to follow the training effectively.

Terms such as AFAP, PR, RM or AHAP are widely used in all the boxes to give users indications about the type of approach to be taken in an exercise or training, so you must always understand what they mean or you will be lost.
